Why is the IPSec page of the Configurator unavailable?

This window only accessible in online mode when connected to a MultiCom Firewall that has the IPSec option installed. Please contact your distributor to purchase this version. You can check if this option is available by going to http://10.0.0.1/config/system/options/ipsec where 10.0.0.1 is the IP address of your MultiCom Firewall.

NOTE - in the Configurator software's offline mode, it is possible to open the configurator's IPSec panel when you open an IPSec configuration text file. However you can only read the Keys Panel of a MultiCom Firewall when you are directly connected to a MultiCom Firewall and logged in with the correct user rights.
