No, tunnels are built based on IP addresses, preconfigured encryption options and the preshared or manual key. There are currently no links to authentication software like Radius, SecureID or other authentication services.

You can of course configure an IPSec connection for different users and assign each connection different IP addresses and different preshared keys.
