The VPN IPSec window is only accessible in online mode when connected to a MultiCom Firewall that has the IPSec option installed. If you have not purchased this option then it will not be possible to use this window. Please contact your distributor to purchase this version.

NOTE - in the Configurator software's offline mode, it is possible to open the configurator's IPSec panel when you open a presaved IPSec configuration text file. Sample configurations are available on the Support web site. However you can only read the Keys Panel of a MultiCom Firewall when you are directly connected to a MultiCom Firewall and logged in with the correct user rights.
