I can ping the MultiCom but I cannot open telnet from LAN.

Your MultiCom router can only support 4 active telnet sessions at any given time. You will either need to do one of the following to get access to the MultiCom router.
  • close an active telnet session
  • reboot the router
  • access the router via the web server or console interface

It is also possible that you have blocked access to the telnet server using a filter. Check your filters to see if port 23 is being blocked.

If you are trying to do this as a remote ISDN caller you need to be sure that the SecureWall is not blocking your access.
